The original melodies of these traditional Christmas hymns are in the public domain. The orchestral arrangements were created by German composer and filmmaker Niklas Drude.

This license is valid in conjunction with a complete invoice for the purchase of the Orchestral Christmas Hymns Collection on Gumroad. License holder is the entity, addressed in the invoice.

This license grants the license holder the non-exclusive right to use the music listed above in commercial or non-commercial media projects – worldwide and perpetually. This includes (but is not limited to), movies, social media videos, YouTube videos, TV productions, radio productions, audio drama, podcasts, video games as well as smartphone, computer, AR and VR applications. This includes the right to create copies of said media projects, to publish them, to sell them (both physically and digitally) and to license them to other entities.

This license does not cover the right to sell the music as it is – neither physically (e. g. on a CD) nor digitally (e. g. on stock music archives) – or to transfer the right to use this music to any other entity.

However the license holder has the right to use the music in commissioned work for the license holder’s client. The license holder’s client is then allowed to use the music in conjunction with this specific commissioned work in the same way as the license holder. A new license is required for each of the license holder’s clients.

The music may not be used in political, violent or pornographic media.

This agreement is subject exclusively to German law. Both parties agree Dresden/Germany to be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement.
